What OAuth scopes does the app request?

Microsoft 365: Mail.Send only. Google Workspace: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send only. We never read inboxes, contacts, calendars, or any other content.

Can I use my own SMTP server?

Yes. Any SMTP server works - SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Mailgun, or a self-hosted relay. Add host, port, username, password once. We support TLS and STARTTLS.

Where are emails stored before sending?

Composed message metadata and content is transmitted to your chosen provider for delivery. We temporarily log delivery status for debugging. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Does this affect my domain reputation?

Mail goes through your own provider, with your DKIM, SPF and DMARC. Your reputation is yours - we are not in the delivery path beyond handing off to your provider.

Is the app GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU residency, DPA available, no third-party tracking on this site. App is a data processor under your DPA with Microsoft/Google as upstream subprocessors.
